Do not recommend this shop for Minis. Wasn’t originally going to post anything, but new information has compelled me to rate. My girlfriend took her r53 Cooper S to this shop to have the window regulator replaced. When she picked it up the window started rattling as soon as she got on the freeway, so she took it back immediately. There were big gaps between the window and the weather strip causing the rattle. Harold took a look at it and acknowledged something wasn’t right. After about 20 minutes of fiddling around with things he basically gave up and said there was nothing more that could be done. Disappointing but not his fault, if true. Well fast forward to now and my gf is dropping off her Mini to an actual Mini specialist for service and mentions the window. The owner of the shop looked at it for all of 5 seconds and said it was misaligned and wasn’t adjusted correctly. She asks him to have his tech see if he can fix it. The tech is able to correct the gaps except in one small area and noted that “it looks like the regulator has been replaced” and now there is “limited adjustability”. Harold provides you every services you need for your performance cars! He recommended MCS dampers for my C6 Z06 Corvette and it is worth every penny! I was in the process of getting turbos installed into my car and Harold at HP was the only shop who accepted the job. Glad he did, had a great experience with Harold and the project he did for me. He even took the time to help me with additional work aside the install itself and made sure I was 100% satisfied and the car was running at its best. This was about a 3 day job but due to fault of MY kit of missing hoses and other miscellaneous items, the job took about 4 weeks and Harold didn't mind at all, he made sure the job would be done properly. I am a returning customer and will only go to HP to get installs done. Aside my kit he also installed a fuel system and other supporting parts for my car. He does great work and fast turn around. Also responds quickly to emails and/or calls. Thanks Harold and HP Autosport for you work!!!

Went to HP Autosport for my first service on my Lexus IS200t. It was quick, easy and painless. My car only has 5000 miles on it and I know it shouldn’t need anything other than an oil change. That is all it was done and no one try to sell me anything I didn’t need. It’s hard to find a shop like this one these days.
